1 John 3:18Verse of the Day
“My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.”1 John 3:18 (NKJV)
Love is proven in action. Not by words alone. Anyone can speak kind words, but real love shows up in actions, especially when it’s not easy.
It’s checking on someone who is struggling. It’s helping when it’s not convenient. It’s choosing kindness even when you’re tired. It’s being present for people when they need you.
You don’t need to have plenty before you can show love. You don’t need money or perfect conditions. Love is about care. It’s about choosing to put someone else’s needs ahead of your comfort.
Sometimes, it will stretch you. It may interrupt your plans or require sacrifice. But those are the moments that matter most.
God wants your love to be real—seen, felt, and experienced by others through your actions.
Ask God to open your eyes to the needs around you. Pray for a heart that is ready to act, even when it’s inconvenient, and for the grace to show genuine love through what you do.
