John 1:5Verse of the Day
“And the Light shines on in the darkness, for the darkness has never overpowered it [put it out or absorbed it or appropriated it, and is unreceptive to it].”John 1:5 (NKJV)
God’s light shines regardless of resistance. It cannot be stopped! It imposes itself and is persistent. Light simply shines!
This gives us reassurance that no matter the opposition we face, we’re guaranteed victory. Don’t be afraid to stand out as light. Your responsibility is not to try to defeat darkness, but to remain luminous. God will do the rest.
Where has God placed you to shine? What are you doing to shine there?
