Hebrews 10:23Verse of the Day
“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”Hebrews 10:23 (NKJV)
Sometimes trusting God is hard. Not because we doubt His faithfulness, but because we want out of the situation we are in, or because of the pressure and opposition we face.
In such moments, we must hold on and continue to speak faith. Doubt often shows up first in our words. Listen to what you are saying. Are you starting to accept your current reality over God’s Word? Are you affirming things God has not said about you?
Your confession must agree with your faith, regardless of contradicting evidence.
We were reminded a few days ago of God’s faithfulness . It is impossible for God to lie. If He has spoken, He will surely bring it to pass in His time.
So do not let go of your confession of hope. Hold it fast. God is faithful.
