Psalm 18:29Verse of the Day
“In your strength, I can crush an army; with my God, I can scale any wall.”Psalm 18:29 (NKJV)
David was a proven warrior. He fought lions and bears. He defeated Goliath. He led armies and won battles. His record in warfare was unmatched. Yet in all his achievements, David never credited his own skill or strength. He always pointed back to God.
David understood something many people miss. It's not about ability or experience. Every victory he won, he saw as the result of God’s strength working through him.
That is why he could say he would crush an army and scale any wall—not by his might, but with his God. He recognised that God was his advantage.
Have you been relying on your own strength? Are you taking glory for what God is enabling you to do? How have you relied on God as your advantage?
Today, acknowledge God as your advantage and trust Him to lead you beyond your limits.
