Colossians 3:12-17Verse of the Day
“Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.”Colossians 3:13 (KJV)
Forgiveness can be difficult when the hurt is real. Scripture does not pretend that wrongs do not matter. Instead, it points you to Christ, who forgave you with mercy you could never earn.
Paul tells believers to forgive because they have been forgiven by the Lord. This does not mean every relationship is instantly restored or that wisdom is no longer needed. It means bitterness does not have to rule your heart. Forgiveness places judgment in God’s hands and frees you to walk in obedience.
Today, ask God to help you release resentment. You may need time, prayer, and wisdom, but you do not have to carry unforgiveness alone.

Is there anyone you need to forgive, or any bitterness you need to surrender to God?
