Philippians 4:4-7Verse of the Day
“Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”Philippians 4:6 (KJV)
Prayer is the place where you bring your real heart before God. You do not have to clean up your thoughts first or pretend you are stronger than you feel. God invites you to come with your needs, concerns, questions, and thanksgiving.
Paul teaches that prayer is the answer to anxiety. This does not mean every problem disappears at once. It means your heart is no longer carrying the weight alone. Prayer places your burdens in the hands of the Father who cares for you.
Today, pause before worry takes control. Tell God what is troubling you. Thank Him for what He has already done. Ask Him for help, wisdom, and peace.
